Benvenuto in Framentis. Usando il servizio accetti queste condizioni: le abbiamo scritte nel modo più semplice possibile.
1. Il servizio
Framentis è un'app per scrivere e conservare note e pensieri, disponibile sul web e come app per computer e telefono. È offerta da Tiziano Gargani ed è attualmente gratuita.
2. Il tuo account
Per usare Framentis serve un account. Devi avere almeno 14 anni, fornire un indirizzo email valido e tenere al sicuro la tua password. Sei responsabile di ciò che avviene con il tuo account; se pensi che qualcuno vi abbia avuto accesso, cambia subito la password e usa "Esci da tutti i dispositivi".
3. I tuoi contenuti sono tuoi
Tutto ciò che scrivi resta di tua proprietà. Ci concedi solo il permesso strettamente necessario a conservarlo, sincronizzarlo e mostrartelo sui tuoi dispositivi. Non leggiamo, non pubblichiamo e non vendiamo le tue note. Puoi esportarle o cancellarle in qualsiasi momento.
4. Uso corretto
Ti impegni a non usare Framentis per attività illegali, per conservare contenuti che violano i diritti di altri, per diffondere software dannoso o per tentare di compromettere la sicurezza del servizio o accedere ad account altrui.
5. Disponibilità
Facciamo del nostro meglio perché Framentis funzioni sempre e senza perdite di dati, ma il servizio è fornito "così com'è": potrebbero esserci interruzioni, errori o manutenzioni. Ti consigliamo di esportare periodicamente le note più importanti. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non siamo responsabili di danni indiretti derivanti dall'uso o dall'impossibilità di usare il servizio. Nulla in questi termini limita i diritti che la legge riconosce ai consumatori.
6. Chiusura dell'account
Puoi eliminare il tuo account quando vuoi da Impostazioni account: verranno cancellati anche tutti i tuoi contenuti. Possiamo sospendere o chiudere un account in caso di violazione grave di questi termini.
7. Modifiche
Potremmo aggiornare il servizio o questi termini. In caso di modifiche importanti ti avviseremo in anticipo; continuando a usare Framentis accetti la nuova versione.
8. Legge applicabile
Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Per i consumatori resta competente il foro del luogo di residenza.

Welcome to Framentis. By using the service you agree to these terms: we've written them as simply as we could.
1. The service
Framentis is an app for writing and keeping notes and thoughts, available on the web and as an app for computers and phones. It is provided by Tiziano Gargani and is currently free.
2. Your account
You need an account to use Framentis. You must be at least 14 years old, provide a valid email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens with your account; if you think someone has accessed it, change your password right away and use "Log out of all devices".
3. Your content is yours
Everything you write remains your property. You only grant us the permission strictly needed to store it, sync it and show it to you on your devices. We don't read, publish or sell your notes. You can export or delete them at any time.
4. Fair use
You agree not to use Framentis for illegal activities, to store content that infringes the rights of others, to spread malicious software, or to try to compromise the security of the service or access other people's accounts.
5. Availability
We do our best to keep Framentis running at all times and without data loss, but the service is provided "as is": there may be interruptions, errors or maintenance. We recommend exporting your most important notes from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have by law.
6. Closing your account
You can delete your account whenever you want from Account settings: all your content will be deleted too. We may suspend or close an account in case of a serious breach of these terms.
7. Changes
We may update the service or these terms. For important changes we'll let you know in advance; by continuing to use Framentis you accept the new version.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
